This was the best company I have ever had such a amazing experience with… The installation guys were so kind, informative and nice , also beyond neat to the point I did not have to do any cleanup after they Left… I would highly recommend them and also use them again. Thomas was efficient, communicated clearly and did not perform any work that was not necessary. We were having the fan wheels cleaned. We were scheduled to have all four done, but he felt that 1/2 of them did not need a deep cleaning. It was greatly appreciated that he took care enough to only perform necessary work.

They performed semi-annual maintenance on the ductless heating and AC units. The office personnel were very responsive and the mechanic was on time, professional, knowledgeable and completed his work in a very timely and efficient manner.

Anthony came and did my maintenance yesterday. He took time to check all 4 units and address an addition item I remembered. Very professional as well as friendly. Appreciated his time and Capps' maintenance.

I had a great experience with Capps Mechanical. After a home warranty company didnt show up to do repairs Tim was called to replace my hvac unit in my rental condo. I let Tim know I had been without air for a week and had a 7 month old in the house and he was able to send someone over the next day to do an estimate. The parts arrived and they were here in a few days to do repairs. Alfred was prompt and very professional. He was friendly and he had a helper with him named Tyler that was equally pleasant. Tim came to help out and when they noticed a part was needed he let me know about the delay and did his best to get it next day for the repair work. Alfred anticipated the repairs would take a little longer than he stated because of this he communicated with me well and still finished the job in a timely manner with out any indication that he was rushing. They cleaned up after they were done and checked to make sure it was working properly before they left. I highly recommend this company. They were a pleasure to work with

We bought ductless AC units from them last year. The installation process took less than a week, and the Capps mechanics and front office were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Just this weekend, a year later, we noticed drainage issues around one of the condensate lines. Turns out one of the connections was loose. They were able to stop by within a couple days, and fixed the problem within a half hour, no charge. Phenomenal service.

I have been very pleased with the work done by Tim Capps and his team. They were very responsive, they installed the new HVAC system quickly, with minimum disruption, and were mindful of all the extra sanitary constraints of our time.

We are so happy we contacted Capps Mechanical. This is the first winter in our new home and we were concerned about about excessively high heating bills compared to a/c bills over the summer. Mike came out to assess our system and almost immediately found the problem. Our system was wired incorrectly to the wrong type of thermostat causing it to run only on emergency heat. Mike was able to pick up and install the new thermostat and by the end of the morning the system was fixed. Our heating bill has dropped by almost 40%. The people at Capps are very professional, knowlegeable, and friendly and we highly recommend them!
